I want to know whether full-time students attending Connecticut
universities are required to re-register in Connecticut a vehicle that
is garaged in Connecticut but is already registered in another state.

According to the Connecticut DMV
<http://www.ct.gov/dmv/cwp/view.asp?a=805&Q=244776&dmvPNavCtr=%7C>,
full-time students from other states are not required to obtain a
Connecticut drivers license or Connecticut residency. The DMV notes
that new residents are required to register their vehicles within 60
days. The DMV does not indicate, however, whether non-resident
students are required to register their vehicles in Connecticut.

Please find a website - preferably belonging to state or local
governemnt - that definitively states whether out-of-state students in
Connecticut are required to register their vehicle in Connecticut.
