According to http://www.factsfacts.com/MyHomeRepair/800.htm, Cicena
may be reached at 1-800-272-0747.

Cicena appears to be a fashion clock company.

In general, if a product has an adapter (although this one may be very
old) there is an image like (-) ---(+--- (+) which indicates if the
tip is positive or negative, and also what voltage (6, 9v, dc or ac)
... If it's indicated on the device, you might be able to walk up to
your local Radio Shack and see if they have an adapter that will fit.
If you happen to still have the (even non-working) old adapter, that
will help the sales rep as well.

Google search strategy: cicena corp
Would you believe http://www.cicena.com/ ? (It's almost useless as a
product site, though they have contact information...)
