I would like to know how difficult it is to obtain planning permission
for a campsite in Portugal (Algarve). this would be in a rural area
with an existing derelict property already on the land. I understand
that new legislation was brought out in the early 90s which introduced
further restrictions on possible building sites. Im not sure if the
land in question stands within the Green Zone. thanks very much for
