I want contact details for 10 "free-lance" content writers that are
based in countries such as Sri Lanka, India or similar low wage
countries.
By the word "free lance" then this includes writers who have their
own one-man company.
I need name, business name (if any), website (if any - but
preferred), email address (required), telephone number (required), fax
(preferred) and address.
"Content writers" are simply writers that write text "content" and
sometimes these people are referred to as "ghost writers".
In case it is possible to distinguish from then I prefer female
writers but this is not a requirement. |

No, not really. If anything they should be able to write sales text,
copy writing, content writing or ghost writing.
But no particular field or expertise is needed such as having
technical expertise or writing technical manuals or anything.
All I am looking for is people in low-wage countries that are able to
communicate well to other people/readers in whatever they write about.

I was not able to find some writers in Sri Lanka and other countries
but since you only need 10 writers maybe the numbers from other
nations will compensate for this. Here are the number of writers I am
talking about.
India - 57
Philippines - 4
China- 3
Indonesia - 3
The service is a website marketplace for freelancers. You have to
register to use it. Basic registration is free. It does not make
freely available the email, telephone, fax or other contact nubers.
BUT YOU CAN CONTACT such writers directly from the website. You can
invite them to bid on your specific project. If you want to get the
contact info you want, you have to pay extra fees.
Will such a list of writers wherein you can only contact them directly
from the website marketplace be enough as an answer?

No, these marketplaces usually make the price higher...such as
elance.com and rentacoder.com
