I'm interested in taking one or both of these exams. Since i believe
that OMG's UML Fundamentals may be easier than IBM's OOAD exam that is
my main focus.

First of all, i'm a beginner with no previous knowledge or experience
with OOAD or UML. I have a degree in CIS. My goal is to enter the
application develop field though i don't mine debugging in an
entry-level programming position.

Is OMG's UML Exam easier than IBM's 486 exam?
Is there a way to test my preparation with OMG's UML Fundamentals Exam?
Do I need years of experience to pass either of these exams or will
studying a few books be good enough?
Can someone provide me with a question or so that might help give me
an idea of the level of difficulty for the OMG Fundamentals exam?

I really can find no information what so ever on OMG's exam and i
wonder if i should try for it or not. I read the coverage but it is
overwhelming and doesnt give clues as to what you will be asked.
