Hi! Thanks for the question.
It seems that I was wrong. The Ronald Reagan Presidential Library and
Museum website actually gives out the present mailing address of the
Reagan residence. You can send your letter there but but it is
possible that it will be scrutinized for security purposes.
Here is the mailing address.
668 St. Cloud
Los Angeles, CA 90077 [Bel-Air]

I got the list of Ronald Reagan residences from The Ronald Reagan
Presidential Library and Museum website.

Another alternative is an online facility provided by THE RONALD
REAGAN PRESIDENTIAL FOUNDATION wherein you can send an email to Nancy
Reagan.
"Send Mrs. Reagan A Message"

Here are other mailing addresses and contact info you can pursue so
you can communicate with somebody at one of the Reagan organizations
and present your letter to Mrs. Reagan.

I beleive I have a good part answer to my question. I know have the
information related to delivery. I was hoping to obtain guidance on
the writing portion of the question as well. I'm wondering about
appropriate letter style, greeting, things like that. I'm certain
that there are, or will be, thousands if not hundreds of thousands of
letters, written and delivered over the course of a month. I'd like
some hints on how to make mine standout.
thanks
