I am wishing to gain articles writings opinions etc on consumer
sentiment in relation to body corporates. I was involved in the sale
of a land subdivision (in Australia) in which the blocks had to be
sold in a body corporate arrangement. This is unusual in new outer
suburban subdivisions. My belief is that the imposition of body
corporate rules in an outer suburban land sales setting would
generally be perceived as an impediment to buying a block of land. Im
looking for information that either supports or rebuke my belief.
