If you are willing to forgo 24/7 phone support and are willing to
settle for within the hour, generally within 15-30 minute support,

Thanks, tox, for your quick response. Perhaps I should have been more
explicit that I need a WINDOWS hosting provider. These seem like good
companies, but Unix or Linux oriented.
To be more explicit, The provider should offer a Windows hosting plan,
preferably with the full complement of Windows options -- like ASP,
and SQL Server.
I appreciate the C/net reviews since I am looking for independent
reviews rather than testimonials. I was a little shocked, though, when
I saw that they had rated Interland as 100% uptime. We have about 10
Interland accounts, and it seems we are constantly having to deal with
problems on their end.
