How do I look up a plane malfunction on a Midwest Express Flight from
Hartford, CT to Milwaukee,WI in 2001 approximately 2 months after
Payne Stewart died in a cabin pressure problem.  This particular
flight that I am asking about took place in the evening and had cabin
pressure problems as well.  I am just curious if I can find a record
of that incident because I know for a fact Midwest Express took action
on the incident I am talking about.

There was a flight from Hartford, CT to Milwaukee, WI with cabin
pressure problems..where can I find reports investigating that
incident?  It was approx. 2 months after Payne Stewarts death in a
similar incident.  I am just looking for facts because I was informed
that when the incident occurred, All Mid west Express airline
associates and Other Airlines were notified of the incident.  I was on
that plane.  I have no tickect information.
