Hi,
My wife recently graduated with Masters degree in computer networking as Major.
She is thinking of getting into CRM(customer relationship management) field.
There are two pioneer tools in this field. SAP & SIEBEL.
My Question is, could you please suggest us, which one is better by
considering following needs.

Future of CRM field,
Future of the tools mentioned, 
Type of work,
Pay, 
Travel, 
Work load,
Availability of jobs in New Jersey
