The Ft. Lauderdale Sun-Sentinel publishes the numbers once a year. I figured Google would have better resources to get to that article. |

The differences in streets depends on if the streets are in different neighiborhoods. However, in Broward County Fla. within the townships rates are fairly even as far as appreciation goes unless there is a major physical difference. High power lines, waterfront property ocean access, no ocean access, fixed or non fixed bridges. But the rates thay've been going up is fairly even within a given area. |
