Hi, kemlo. I could not find a list of all the British Railways locomotives, but I did locate a database of the names of Great Western locomotives. The Great Western Archive http://www.greatwestern.org.uk/names.htm You can see the names of locomotives that start with a certain letter of the alphabet by clicking on the left of the page (for some reason, the images don't show up in my browser, but by hovering your mouse over each missing image, it's easy to see which letter is represented). I hope someone else can find a more comprehensive list for you. |

For a real railway enthusiast, this book might be worth buying: http://www.mremag.demon.co.uk/hpsite/books/991200/0750922842.htm Scriptor |
