Question ID: 359829
Hello,

I am working on the design of a four-player card game in Java (J2SE)
and I needed a comprehensive template for the necessary classes. It is
important for the template to be a standard one; one that follows the
object oriented design principles.

Idealle, in the high level, it would have two packages GUI and MODEL
(logic). I would appreciate it if you could enlist two or three sites
that would talk about the design and preferably provide some source
code for the template.

Thank you.

NOTE 1: It is better if the GUI is not applet based, but that would be fine too.

NOTE 2: Again, would be much appreciated if you could answer by June 13 6:00 pm.

Poki is a very robust, useful Java-coded object oriented poker game
that you could use as a template.

I had less success with the Pokea library although I stopped working
with it once I found Poki

Poki does not include a GUI, but I found interfacing with the MODEL
very intuitive and go a working prototype very quickly. It is
designed primarily for Hold 'Em, but found the class structure to be
easily extensible
