I supply custom painted or tinted contact lenses to the movie
industry. Currently I must buy from a third party but would like to
paint the contacts myself. The contact lens material is 45% methafilcon A, and
usually 55% saline, depending on what solution the lens is immersed
in.
There is usually an opaquing process to start followed by the painting
and or tinting.
