locations. I found some difficulties with this, especially looking
for a job which doesn't fit neatly into a category. On some sites you
can select more than one category.
Some of these sites are easier to use than others. I tried several of
them, and one of the easiest I found was Hot Jobs, a Yahoo! service,
which has a great search function.

location, keyword and level (i.e., senior). The Job Categories can be
combined to refine the search; a nice touch.

I also looked at America's Job Bank, which advertises itself as the
largest database of jobs online. I did a search using the Keyword
function, searching for any of "arts administration development
fundraising fund raising" and using Kentucky as location, and came up
with two listings which may be of interest to you.
