A note to my colleagues: Haywood, Summit County, Colorado is a ghost town: "Haywood in Summit county This once busy 1880 stage station served Argentine Pass, Webster Pass and Loveland Pass, but it's 1887 population of 25 were all gone by 1890" http://www.coloradohistory.com/ghostsearchresults_lnk.asp?TypeOfSearch=County&SearchString=summit Information on Haywood might be available in a book series called "Ghosts of...": http://members.aol.com/JKA80122/summit.html http://www.phantomranch.net/ghostown/articles/ghosts-of-list.htm Scriptor |

Just the old or historic site. I saw a 1938 aerial of Haywood, CO last year in an office in Vail. It's no longer their. I would like anything on the old town, pictures aerials, history, etc. It is no longer their anymore. I'm putting an old cafe on the site. Thanks / Gary |
