What is the process to get a town ordinance changed in the town of
Cumberland, Maine, USA?   Specifically, how do you amend an ordinance
that restricts above ground pools to the same set backs as inground
pools?  We'd like to see above ground pools be reduced the same set
backs as sheds & other non permanent structures.  What is the process
to get this amended or changed?
