Is AGFA (photo company) for sale? If so why? In either case, what is
their current financial condition (brief overview - from something
like Yahoo finance)

AGFA as a whole isn't for sale, as far as I know.  But the company is
considering spinning-off its Consumer Imaging unit, which is the part
of the company that markets film and photo paper.

If this is what you had in mind, I can provide a link or two to
articles that discuss the proposed spin-off, along with the general
business conditions of the company.
