What is the Torino Scale value associated with possible/probable Earth
encounter this month with chunks broken off the comet "NEAT c/2001 Q4"
at its perihelion of 1.0 a.u. I believe this may be the reason the
navies of the largest nations are putting their ships to sea at the
present time.

NEAT c/2001 Q4 is not on the list of "potential future Earth impact
events" posted by the Near Earth Object Program (this list was updated
today):
