I have listed the most commonly seen terms on the Spanish Realty
sites. I?ve listed it Spanish to English, as that is how you will more
than likely use the list. Should you contact any of these companies
using their contact sheet, you will be writing in English, I assume. I
have found that many business people in Spain, and Europe, speak
English, and I feel certain you will be answered in English. However,
you are probably aware that in Bilbao, the language is not Spanish,
but Euskara!

You can try using the Google Web Page translator that I mentioned in
the original answer. You may glean some information from it, but
sometimes the translation can be even more incomprehensible than the
