I would be interested in knowing what law shcool he attended, if there
are any actions against him and if anyone has praised or made negative
comments about him.  I am trying to evaluate him as an attorney in
what may be a tricky legal battle.

Maybe it'd be a good idea to split your question up. In other words,
cancel this question and post several separate questions (e.g., "What
law school did E. Houston Touceda attend?" as a separate question for
a lesser amount of money).

Every attorney in California is required to register with the State
Bar Association.  The State Bar has an online directory of all
registered attorneys, which includes both undergrad and law school for
each one and whether there are any public disciplinary actions pending

Mr. Touceda was admitted to the California bar on May 29, 1981.  He
completed his undergrad at the University of North Texas in Denton,
TX, and received his law degree from the University of LaVerne College
of Law in San Fernando Valley, CA.  He has no public record of
discipline.  While the University of LaVerne COL is not accredited by
the American Bar Association, it is accredited by the State Bar and
