I am looking for grants for "Hispanic" or "Gay" artist or writer's
that will allow you to paint or write in the state of Texas On topics
like recovery from homelessness, alcohol and drug addiction. Or just
free expression.
I have looked at large foundation and governmental, but all I have
found is past date and text topics. Where can I find such grants?
