I'm in a bit of bind and am looking for some help.  I have a graduate
school assignment due at the end of the week which is to interview a
real estate developer about a project they are currently working on
(or have worked on recently) and do some market analysis, etc.  I had
a developer lined up for the assignment but he flaked out and has gone
AWOL.

If there is anyone on here who is doing real estate development or
working in real estate development and could speak to a recent
project, I would much appreciate it.  I would consider your time (an
hour or two at the absolute most) a satisfactory answer.  And I'll
also send you a copy of the completed report when it's finished.
