Thanks for the heads up on the ambiguity, which I see now reading my
question again. So, to clarify:

I'm not working for Kirby, but the manager at where I am working now
used to sell Kirby vacuums. That's how he knew their sales training
material was so good.

I am after the material that Kirby provides for their sales reps on
how to sell Kirby vacuums. Even though I'm selling a totally different
product, I'm confident that I could adapt their material to suit me.

Now, if you're not selling Kirby vacuums, (the question you have posed
leads to some ambiguity in that area), it seems you can still call
that number for any information you need regarding Kirby vacuums.

I'm still a bit confused on your question, because as I read it, it
doesn't seem like you want brochures to sell vacuums, but information
on how-to-sell. Any clarification on that point would be appreciated,
especially if a GA Researcher tackles the question.
