Try this place.  Very good, but not in the city market center.  It's
about a mile away.

I wouldn't suggest Tijuana for eats. If you have the time, take a bus
down to Ensenada (it's around $6 US Currency for a one-way fare, and
they leave every half hour during the day. Tijuana is trashy and not a
very good place to stop (IMO) unless you're a high school kid from
cali looking for a place to get drunk and carry on acts of debauchery.
