Greetings!

Both of those files are Windows virtual device drivers. Windows 95
virtual device driver files have a filename extension of .VXD; Windows
3.1 drivers used an extension of .386. From the KC News, Vol 2, no
11-12 at:
http://www.kahl.net/news/kcnews12_2000.html

I was unable to find a reference to av630.vxd, nor chipo.386.
However, chipio.386 is a device driver for a Kodak PhotoDoc Color
Scanner. It is used to "increase the speed for things to happen",
from the Kodak website at:
http://www.kodak.com/global/en/service/faqs/faq1009.shtml#g7

My best guess is the av630.vxd is a device driver for the Avision
SV630 Scanner.

Do you have a specific question in mind, or a specific problem to
solve, or were you just curious? If you need further information or
help, please ask for a clairification.
