During a military separation board for an Army National Guardsman on
Active Duty, can
the required mental health evaluation be over six months old with
significant mental health issues occurring and documented since? Also,
the original separation request was for a Chapter 13. The separation
character has since changed to a Chapter 14 (so can the same eval be
used). Potential reference: AR 40-501
