required to be located there) provide mortgage loans for
Investment/rental property to small businesses/individuals?  That is
so say, what is the name/website for at least 10 (ten) lenders that
provide mortgage loans for non-owner occupied single family homes, and
have very flexible credit & documentation requirements (no
verification) assuming a sizable down payment is provided for each

Quite difficult to find lenders who are that flexible, however the
sites below with quotes, are in the FL area who claim roughly your
requirements.

Though generally speaking the more flexible they are, the less
professional the website looks :0
..maybe approach with some caution, the claims are maybe too good to
