Hi Gravey, 

I had a look on BT's online Directory Enquiries (www.bt.com) but this
did not return any number. This is very unusual for company as the
service is quite comprehensive. My first thought was may be the
company had relocated. All comapnies in the UK are legally obliged to
notify the UK Companies register of any change in their registered
addresss.

So I then went onto the UK Comapnies Register website
(http://www.companies-house.gov.uk/), clicked on Company Information
and entered "Fileware Limited" and it shows the companies status as 
"Proposal to Strike off ". In other words a proposal to close the
company has been submitted.

I guess the company has ceased trading.
