It's a resort area, the helicopter pad is for personal use.  There is
another helicopter pad in the neighborhood (also personal use, but
with additional private owners using it).

Not a lot of traffic, occasional take-offs and landings.

Thank you Nenna.

The property is in the Mount Washington Valley in New Hampshire.  North Conway.

The answer would seem to depend a lot on how large the lots are in the
neighborhood in question.  You might get one answer if houses are
relatively close together and another if the are on ten-acre parcels,
for example.

Having lived near a helipad, I would assume that the effect on real
estate values would be negative. The noise factor can be considerable.
Many was the night when I was awakened by the whop-whop-whop sound of
those choppers flying low over my house on their way to or from the
pad.
