Perhaps information including your operating system, a list of the top
filenames that appear under this error message, steps to replicate or
conditions under which this occurs, Specific hardware changes that may
have been made, information from the Event Viewer (errors from system
and application) perhaps mentioning DISK problems... These things will
be helpful.

Besides which you're asking someone to solve a critical error for
significantly less than what a tech would get paid, or even Microsoft
to fix. FWIW, this appears to be network related, maybe even driver
related to a network card.

This is a problem with your memory cache. I recommend booting the
computer with a CD and then rebooting it normally.

By booting with a CD, the computer will clear the memory cache. Then
you are safe to reboot.

Your Windows installation CD is bootable.
