I have a tape of a news story about cults in Australia. One segment shows Blair Singer and Robert Kiyosaki holding a seminar where they have the participants play what?s called the Blocks Game. The idea is that the Blocks Game makes these participants emotionally vulnerable and susceptible to suggestions. Indeed, the story shows the people playing it, and some of the players were crying, hugging, and in hysterics. How is this Blocks Game played, and why does it cause reactions like that? |

Howdy, Markabe! There's a good explanation of the Blocks Game here: http://www.mountainpridemedia.org/oitm/issues/1986/12dec1986/blocks.htm I'm not sure how to answer the second part of your question, about why the game causes emotional reactions. In the area of human emotions, it's often rather difficult to determine why certain things cause certain responses. |
