Hello asmucc

Indeed there will be a fifth season for Curb Your Enthusiasm.

According to this June 2nd Reuters article, they will begin filming in the fall.

Unfortunately, no air date has yet been set. However, to try to get a
rough idea of when the fifth season premiere is likely to be shown, I
went to HBO's Curb section and checked out the air dates for all of
the past season premieres.
http://www.hbo.com/larrydavid/episode/season1/episode01.html

Series premiere: October 15, 2000
2nd season premiere: September 23, 2001
3rd season premiere: September 15, 2002
4th season premiere: January 4, 2004

Since they begin filming in the fall, I would say that it's likely
that the new season will start closer to the beginning of next year,
as was the case for the last season.

I'm very sorry I couldn't give you an exact date. Hopefully sometime
soon HBO will give us a better idea of when they're planning on
starting things up.

If you need more information or if you find this answer unacceptable
for any reason, please do request a clarification.
