I am looking for a list of at least 5 top theatre acting coaches in
New York City (although other parts of the U.S are ok if you come
across a famous coach that is not in New York.) The mendatory
information in the list are their names, contact info, school (class)
locations, bio, fee, and links to independent articles or anthing that
can validate their status as the top acting coaches.

The acting coaches listed must satisfy all of the following criteria: 
(1) have previously coached students for *successful* auditions for
admission to the Yale School of Drama or the Juilliard School Drama
Division
(2) are recognized as top teachers by the professional theatre 
(3) available for private coaching in 2004
