I need to know the relationship between 'Cox score' (as used in the
following article http://www.plosbiology.org/plosonline/?request=get-document&doi=10.1371/journal.pbio.0020108),
log-hazard ratios obtained using the Cox proportional hazards model
and t-statistics derived from log-hazard ratios divided by standard
deviation. (For clarification, that article describes the obtaining of
the latter two statistics using the scripts written in R, a
statistical language)
