26th. The boats can come from one company or several companies. The
boats will be needed to take passengers to shore from a large cruise

1. Yes, it must be a full service company. We are just brokers who
take care of the needs of the crew on this ship. The boats can be
provided by a company that has ships already running on a certain
route and perhaps they can pull the ships out of the route for 4 days
and rent them to us.
2. The boats do not have to be catamarans only. The requirements are
that the boat has to be able to dock next to a barge that is attached
to a large cruise ship. As long as the boat can dock next to a barge
and has the required capacity, thats all we need.
3. Finally, keep in mind that if the boat is comming from outside of
Chile, say Argentina or Peru or some other nearby country it has to be
fast enough to make it down to Chile by Weds. June 23rd. This also
depends on how quickly you provide this information, since the later
you provide the information the faster the boat has to be to make it
down on time.

Also, just to clarify further, originally i said that I need "at least

a solution that gets me the boats I need, so if all the boats I need
come from just one company this is fine and will be considered an
acceptable answer.
***Also, please keep in mind that there is one limitation - price.
Obviously, I can go to any ferry boat company in the world and offer
them a billion dollars and they will get these boats for me by Weds.

planes. So just keep in mind that this company has to do it for a
reasonable price. By reasonable price I mean we are willing to pay
$50,000 - $120,000 (US dollars) to rent these boats for 4 days. Thanks

I'm very sorry to report, despite talking with two brokers who have
various connections, the main problem is the time constraint. Boats
are booked in advance, and cannot be changed. The absolute earliest
is early September for one company in Ecuador.
Perhaps another researcher will have different information.

Unfortunately, you did not answer my question at all. I specifically
described that I need to find a company that can rent 2 boats with a
420 person capacity or 3 boats with a 250 person capacity, or some
other similar combination. I spoke to Mr. Prieto and his company has
no such boats. It is true that he is able to provide transportation
for the passengers using many small boats but so can dozens of other
companies in Valparaiso.
Therefore, my question has not been answered and I am runnig out of time now.

Dear Bobbie7:
I have contacted every single company on your list and as it turns out
not a single one of them has the boats that I had specified in my
question or the ability to rent the boats that are available. This
ultimately means that you did not answer my question. In fact, I
already knew about most of the companies on your list and had
contacted them a while ago.
Two of the companies on your list do have the boats that I need
however they are not willing to rent these boats under any
circumstances. And as I very explicitly specified in my question, I
need a company that has these boats and is "willing to rent their
boats for approximately 4 days". Since the two companies on your list
who actualy do have these boats are not willing to rent them, this
also does not answer my question and does not get me any closer to
solving my problem then I was a week ago.
In addition, please note that the event starts on Wednesday, which is
less then 48 hours from now. This means that unless you provide me
with a solution by tommorrow morning that I will have no choice other
then to cancel my question since I obviously have no need for this
information after the event.
If you believe that I somehow missed something from your list please
tell me specifically which company or combination of companies have
two 420 person catamarans or other boats or three 250 person
catamarans or other boats or some other similar combination that is
available for rent during the time schedule I specified for the event.
