Question ID: 361716
Can I request a small custom PHP script to be made by a researcher on
GoogleAnswers ? Or is that against the site rules and I should hire a
private coder? The script is somewhat simple, but if thats not
allowed, would you please post the answer in form of a few links to
sites where I can find & pay for a coding job as such? Thank you

Hi, likeasaint-ga:

I'm fairly sure that Web development of this sort has been done in
previous Answers. There is surely no rule against a request of this
sort, though the rules would restrict a Researcher from contacting you
except through the Google Answers site. The custom PHP script might
either be provided in the Answers box as text or (if it were too large
for that to be practical) a download link might be posted for you to
retrieve the script.

My suggestion would be to go ahead and post your specifications for
the script as a Clarification to this Question, and adjust the List
Price accordingly if you and a Researcher are able to establish a good
rapport about the requirements.

regards,
