Hello,
Are you looking for the name of one or more articles or journals that
are devoted to the topic of "artificial economy"? If so, I can
probably provide the names of several such publications.
However, if you're looking for the full text of an article on this
topic that is not currently on the internet, I'm afraid no one can
help you because:
--articles are protected by copyright, so we cannot post full-text
articles as an answer to a question, and
--even if we could post an article for you, it would then be available
on the internet, since information from Google Answers becomes part of
search engine results.
Perhaps the besr option would be to identify several articles for you
that are not available through a routine internet search via Google or
another search engine, but that you would be able to obtain through a
public or school library.
Would that meet your needs? Please let me know.

What I need actually is a full publication that is not published in
any journal or could be found in a routine search.

Dear Boulibou,
Could you clarify what you mean by "publication"? The word
"publication" suggest that something was taken to the public, hence,
it has been displayed in public (journal, book, magazine, conference,
etc.).
I hope that the commentator is wrong, when they suggest that you might
need an essay in order to hand in up as your own. But if this is the
situation, let me offer you to give you as an answer a long list of
resources - online and offline - about this subject, that would help
you write an essay of your own.

boulibou-ga,
I have found a custom research service that can produce a
journal-style paper for you on the topic of artifical economy. They
charge around $20-30 per page, depending on the type of service you
are interested in. These charges would be in addition to any fees you
paid to Google Answers.
The papers would be original, and would not be anything that has
previously been published, or that would be found in a routine
internet search.
I can direct you to this service as an answer to your question, if
that would be of interest to you.
However, it is the case -- as some commentors have noted -- that
Google Answers is not intended as a service to assist people in
avoiding homework assignments. It would be a help if you can state
clearly what your need is for an unpublished paper, so that we can be
assured that answering your question would be within the guidelines of
the Google Answers policies.
Thanks.

Dear ALL,
I am writing a paper about knowledge gathering, a part of my thesis is
to prove that a hidden knowledge is not knowledge. Not to offend
anybody, I didn?t want to search on the internet and get any paper
because the knowledge should be hidden. Therefore I am asking for a
paper that could not be found.
If I wanted a paper to publish, I could ask many company to do so for
less than 150 USD which is the cost of the question.

Thanks for explaining your situation further.
The closest I've come (thus far) is a somewhat off-topic reference to
"artificial economy" in a 1937 document:
"Portugal never succeeded in completing these far reaching reforms,
proclaimed by some of its most prominent statesmen. It continued to
live on an artificial economy which neglected truly productive
national activities, surmounting difficulties which presented
themselves at every step, having recourse to foreign loans that made
the nation economically a tributary to the capitalism of other
European countries, especially England."
==========
As you can see, this passage doesn't show up in a mainstream internet
search, nor is it available (as far as I know) in any modern journals
or similar publications. However, the document is indeed a
full-fledged publication.
Does this come close? Does your reference truly need to be from the
field of artificial intelligence?
Let me know what you think.
