I'm missing the installation CDRom for a Sony Clie UX50. I found the
palm desktop for Clie on the web and installed it. When I try to
connect to the palm desktop via a USB cable from the Clie, my new
Microsoft XP professional operating system says that it has detected a
new piece of hardware (the clie) and it prompts me to put in the CDRom
that came with the Clie -- it's missing. If I bypass that step, then
the clie doesn't "hotsync" with the desktop. The Clie and hotsync
works on another system. Can you find exactly where I can get the
CDRom sent to me?

Have you also installed the Clie update Wizard?
