I'm missing the installation CDRom for a Sony Clie UX50. I found the palm desktop for Clie on the web and installed it. When I try to connect to the palm desktop via a USB cable from the Clie, my new Microsoft XP professional operating system says that it has detected a new piece of hardware (the clie) and it prompts me to put in the CDRom that came with the Clie -- it's missing. If I bypass that step, then the clie doesn't "hotsync" with the desktop. The Clie and hotsync works on another system. Can you find exactly where I can get the CDRom sent to me? |

Have you also installed the Clie update Wizard? http://ciscdb.sel.sony.com/cgi-bin/software.pl?mdl_id=549&script_id=1&template=EN&mdl_country=1&HEADERFILE=1 |
