Hi,
Yep, "Story of a Writer" does feature an interview with Bradbury, but
the subject of the film is apparently "Dial Double Zero."
See this description from a library catalog:
'The Story of a writer. [Motion picture] ] / Wolper Productions
Publ info New York : Sterling Educational Films, 1963
...
Shows Ray Bradbury, American science fiction writer, working in his
basement office, lecturing to students, and telling a story to his
daughters. Traces the development of his short story, "Dial Double
Zero," from its conception, through research, writing, and criticism
by friends, until it is sent to his agent for sale'

How exactly "Dial Double Zero" is integrated into the 25-minute film
is unclear (could it have been dramatised at the end?), but the fact
that film was sold through an educational film company, and lots of
folks on the internet report seeing it in school, seems like pretty
strong evidence that this is the film.
There's a library system called WorldCat that allows you to find the
libraries that have a particular title. These libraries are listed as
having "Story of a Writer":
MIAMI-DADE PUB LIBR SYST
UNIV OF MICHIGAN LIBR
SOUTHWEST MISSOURI STATE UNIV
GREENSBORO PUB LIBR
KENT STATE UNIV, AUDIO-VISUAL SERV
COMMUNITY COL OF RHODE ISLAND, LRC
RYERSON POLYTECHNIC UNIV LIBR
You might talk to your local librarian and ask whether interlibrary
loan is possible on something like this.
I hope this helps.
