I would like to know the Native American Tribal ancestry of my
husband's grandmother. She was the mother of David Franklin Corzine,
who was married to Patricia Jean Kudsk around 1947. They had one child
together, David Patrick Corzine born 9/15/48.

We do not know her first name for sure. There is a record of a David
Franklin Corzine born to a Lena in Illinois at about the right time
but we are uncertain if this is her. We do know that she was from the
Midwest, but are uncertain if the tribe is infact midwestern. We do
know that her son had only one birth child, my husband, David Patrick
Corzine and that David Franklin Corzine had a second marriage, also in
the Chicago area, to whom we do not know. We are uncertain if said
David Franklin Corzine is alive or not.
