The answer supplied gave the name of Armstrong and the various
addresses listed in europe for Armstrong.

Armstrong are manufacturers of ceiling tiles not distributors.

After receiving your request for clarification, I have called the
German bureau of Armstrong asking for details on their distribution
system. Here is what I have been told:
 
- Armstrong Corp. is, represented by their European sales offices,
indeed the first in the line of wholesale distributors. The company's
products are directly distributed tho the main customers in Europe by
their own branches.
 
- The list of second-step distributors for the various European
countries is not available to the public. There are only two
exceptions from the rule: In Germany and Britain, Armstrong is
'DLW-Armstrong', and they are providing a second-step-distributor
locating service online:
