Please have a look at the list here of youth services in Tennessee:

http://www.state.tn.us/youth/dcsinfo/directory/provider.htm

In particular, note the following:

My Friend's House
626 Eastview Drive
Franklin, TN 37064
615-790-8553
Melissa Whitehorn, Executive Director

(described on another site as "...a group home environment for abused
and neglected teenage boys")

Also note the following youth service groups with "ranch" in their names:

Achievement Valley Ranch
45 Angela Lane
Westmoreland, TN 37186

Tennessee Baptist Children's Home Boys Ranch
9224 Quito
Millington, TN 38083

Wears Valley Ranch
3601 Lyon Springs Road
Sevierville, TN 37862

Wilson County Youth Ranch
4455 Bender's Ferry Road
Mt. Juliet, TN 37122

Any of these sound like what you're looking for? If so, let me know,
and I'll see if I can find some additional information on the
organization for you.

Hello,

I have found the place that you're referring to.

http://www.recoveryranch.com/
http://www.recoveryranch.com/mission.html

The Ranch uses the healing power of nature, combined with loving,
compassionate community and hands-on experiential therapies. We have
seen dramatic changes and long-term success for a variety of recovery
issues, including, but not limited to: managed eating disorders,
compulsive behaviors, anxiety disorders, codependency, trauma and
PTSD, depression, relationship and romance addiction, sex addiction,
bipolar disorder, alcohol and drug dependency, unresolved grief and
chronic relapse .

Therapeutic services to The Ranch residents include education,
individual, group and family therapy, psychiatric consultation, after
care services, and the unique programs of Equine and Adventure-based
therapies.

Men's Accommodations
Four miles from the women's house, an authentic cowboy bunkhouse and
renovated train depot provide rustic, yet comfortable, surroundings
for the men.
The setting is a blending of Tennessee's past and present. The
pre-Civil War smokehouse/group room, a remodeled early 20th century
train depot and cowboy bunkhouse serves as the men's residence.
Pinewood Farm dates back to the 1850's and is still today a working
cattle and Quarter Horse operation. The beautiful Piney River flows
though the heart of the property, offering residents the opportunity
to fish and canoe.
