Hello!

I am looking to find records of EVERY medical malpractice case in
Arizona as well as the other 49 United States (won, lost, thrown out,
settled, etc). In the future I will need to be able to access this
data often with all the new additions that are made to it.
I am looking for as much detail as I can get about the case's two
parties; especially the patients involved.

How does each state handle this? Is there a national databank?
Is this possible to do online? Are there fees?
If it can't be done online, what other methods do I have? What are it's fees?

Thanks,
-Jeff
