So, you would like a list of Nursing homes (Does this include assisted
living centers?)only in Bergan Co. New Jersey, which offer the
residents' private rooms and bathrooms. These facilities must also
have care for Alzheimers patients. They must also accept Medicaid.

After this list is complied, you would like us to check and see of
they have any state violation on record?

 you have my questions down pat. there are only two corrections. we
donot need assisted living centers and we need to have the nursing
homes in BERGEN COUNTY,NEW JERSEY.
