Do you need to find a library that would carry this journal? If such a
library would be found, you might be able to order a photocopy through
inter-library loan, or at least visit it to read the article. It is
highly unlikely that an article from 1927 would be present online,
unless it is extremely of importance.

Is the only information you have on this journal is its name's
initials? Do you have the full name?

Yes,I would like to get a copy of the article on the internet.
The article is written by C.R.Hanna
Though the article is very old,it is of prime importance. It is
possible that more articles have been written on the subject---would
be of importance to me.
Do you assess that AIEEE,USA can help!

Apparently, there are several libraries which could provide you with a
photocopy of this article published in "American Institute of
Electrical Engineers. Journal".
Where (country or state) would you prefer this library to be located?

Apparently, the IEE (UK) has a copy of this journal:
http://www2.iee.org/cgi-bin/period-sar.cgi?form_type=fields&any=811020404132514&order=Closeness+of+Match

Photocopying Service:

Locations of the IEE:
http://www.iee.org/TheIEE/Locations/index.cfm

Or would you prefer asking a library located somewhere else?
