In 2000, Vodafone acquired 3G licenses in several markets, including
in particular the United Kingdom, and Germany. It agreed to pay
billions of pounds and Euros respectively for these licenses.
There was much talk of subsequent renegotiation of these contracts.
Does anyone have the details (a short, bullet-pointed, figure-heavy
answer would be ideal).
