Well, I do remember it said "learn news of new products". I don't if
thats the right phrase

was originally published in the iCustomer Observer, a quarterly study
from Valentine Radford:

I've found many online citations of the iCustomer Observer study which
found that more than 80% of online consumers reported that they enjoy
receiving e-mail newsletters, but I don't see the 80% figure applied
to "business customers" specifically.

Are you certain that you saw a reference to "80% of business
customers?"
