I need to know what I need to have, how I can get it, and how do I do it. My Samsung E105 from Tmobile is capable of what Tmobile calls Real Sounds, or what used to be known as dead ringers. A year ago, I had a S105, with data cord and Easy GPRS, and some little sound app that would convert wav's to polyphonic sound files, but the sound was horribly distorted and I could never do it right. My new E105 is capable of better quality sounds, but all I have is my old data cord. Where do I get the new versions of the necessary software to create my own real sounds from my mp3's or wav files. What formats (and equipment, if necessary) do I record or begin the process with? What settings or ranges do I use with the aforementioned software to get good sound on the phone? I might use music, but I'm hoping to begin recording people's voices to introduce themselves when they call me. |

Just FYI there is the website called MatrixM www.matrixm.com that can be a gateway to accomplish your task. (no hardware necessary). In GENERAL, you will want to have at least the computer cable for your phone in order to transfer directly from PC. And phone manufacturers aren't that keen on allowing people to do that for some reason. I am not a Google Answers Researcher. |
