Someone I know has a web site with a good domain name, and at one
point had some good traffic attracting webmasters. But because of
other commitments the site is being neglected and is slowing dying.

My desire is to see someone take it over and revive it, but how? Is it
worth the effort to try and revive the site and stay with the
webmaster focus? What can be done? Finding a niche in all of this?

All I'm asking for are good suggestions, ideas, and hopefully some
good links to what we can do with this. The biggest challenge is
finding fresh content on a regular basis to post, and not simply
rehashing and beating to death the same info that every other
webmaster is doing.
